Maintenance Requests
How to Submit a Maintenance Request
- Maintenance requests are submitted through our Management Company website, not through this website.
- Click to log on to amiwra.com.
- Look at the Menu on the left side.
- Click Requests, which is the 3rd item from the top.
- This will bring up a page with 3 options.
- If you need work done on your unit, choose ARC Request.
- If you have another type of request, choose General Request, and you will get 6 options. Under Choose a Type of Request, choose one from the drop down menu.
- If you want to look at past requests you have submitted, choose My Items.
