How to Get Frontier Cable and Internet in Your Unit

When calling Frontier customer service:

1. Do not call regular Frontier service. Call the Frontier Bulk Support number: 844 660-0648.

2. Mention it is a bulk account under: Whitney Beach Condominiums. Address: 6700 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228. Service type: Bulk Internet and Video.

3. If you are asked for your individual service account, and the rep says they cannot find it, repeat that it your account is covered under a bulk agreement managed by the association.

4. You may need to ask for your unit to be connected or re-connected under the bulk services contract for Whitney Beach.

5. If the rep still does not understand, go to the owners documents site and find our account number to provide to Frontier.
