Working on the Pool

A hardy group of volunteers tackled the job of cleaning out the north pool utility room, so we don’t have to pay professionals to do it. There have been a lot of dirty jobs around here lately, and this has to be one of the dirtiest. The utility room is underground, so you can imagine the junk that accumulated down there when Helene came through. In fact, we will just leave it to your imagination!

Then they took a sump pump and went around the property and sucked the water out of all the garbage cans. The weight of the water made the cans impossible to lift, so this was a great solution.
